Canceled, Postponed and Rescheduled Concerts At The AMP

Covid19 has been a pain in everyone’s side and for concert fans, it’s been a direct kick in the face as tours are forced to cancel, postpone and reschedule their shows.

Here are 9 concerts directly affecting us here in NW Arkansas posted by the Walmart AMP in Rogers, Arkansas.


Rescheduled concert(s):

For rescheduled concert dates, tickets from the original date will be honored. Patrons will have a 30-day window to request refunds if they cannot attend the new date.

  • Maren Morris has been rescheduled for June 5, 2021 – If ticketholders have questions, please call 479.443.5600 by June 12, 2020.
  • Steely Dan and Steve Winwood has been rescheduled for June 20, 2021 – If ticketholders have questions, please call 479.443.5600 by June 19, 2020.
  • Phish has been rescheduled for July 28, 2021 –  If ticketholders have questions, please call 479.443.5600 by May 30, 2020.
  • Dave Matthews Band has been rescheduled for Sept. 21, 2021 – If ticketholders have questions, please call 479.443.5600 by June 2, 2020.

Postponed concert(s):

  • Alanis Morissette has been postponed – Ticketholders will be notified of the new date as soon as it is announced and all tickets for the original date will be honored. If you prefer a refund, you will have 30 days to request one once the new date is announced. If a new date isn’t announced by July 7, 2020, the 30-day window for refund will open at that time. Once requested, we will process your refund in 10 business days.
  • Kenny Chesney has been postponed – Ticketholders will be notified of the new date as soon as it is announced and all tickets for the original date will be honored. If you prefer a refund, you will have 30 days to request one once the new date is announced. If a new date isn’t announced by July 13, 2020, the 30-day window for refund will open at that time. Once requested, we will process your refund in 10 business days.

Canceled concert(s):

For concerts that have canceled, all tickets will be refunded. Ticketholders will receive a receipt from info@amptickets.com. At that point it could take up to 7-10 days for the refund to appear on your account.

  • Journey with Pretenders (June 22, 2020) – All credit card refunds have been completed as of May 19 and refunded amounts should appear by June 2. Cash and giftcard refunds are in process. Please call 479.443.5600 with any questions.
  • Melanie Martinez (July 8, 2020) – Ticketholders have been contacted via email. If you have not received your refund by May 27, 2020, please call 479.443.5600.
  • Rascal Flatts (July 17, 2020) – Ticketholders have been contacted via email. If you have not received your refund by June 19, 2020, please call 479.443.5600.
  • for King and Country (July 19, 2020) – Ticketholders have been contacted via email. If you have not received your refund by June 19, 2020, please call 479.443.5600.
  • Old Dominion (July 23, 2020) – Ticketholders have been contacted via email. If you have not received your refund by May 15, 2020, please call 479.443.5600.
  • Nickelback (Aug. 8, 2020) – Ticketholders have been contacted via email. If you have not received your refund by June 19, 2020, please call 479.443.5600.
  • Incubus with 311 (Sept. 2, 2020) – Ticketholders have been contacted via email. If you have not received your refund by June 19, 2020, please call 479.443.5600.
